What We Do
Icecream Republic is a local, small-batch ice creamery crafting all-natural, handmade ice cream, gelato, and sorbet.Â
Inspired by traditional Italian gelato, classic favourites, and exciting new flavour combos from around the globe, we serve up mouth-watering scoops for every taste — from the gluten free and the dairy free to the Full Cow and Cream.
Plus: sundaes, ice cream spiders, affogato, cold brew iced coffee, shakes, and seasonal treats like apple, rhubarb and ginger pies and cherry pies in the winter months.

Whilst we have a huge repertoire, you will always have ten flavours to choose from, plus vanilla.

Everyday is a Sundae! We've got choc brownie, stickydate pudding, peach cobbler, berry crumble or a raspberry cheese tart, all with toppings, scoop of your choice and a cherry on top!
Pies
Homemade cherry pies, apple rhubarb pies, sold frozen to take home. Available now! Happy to do a pie with one litre ice-cream combo!
